“Very poor start to our tour with mass communication and coordination problems and faulty tour buses with no air conditioning. We were first crammed into a 12 seater bus with no windows except the front driver and passenger and there was no A/C. I complained to the driver and tour operator main lady but received limited concern from them as they tried to figure out how to handle our complaint, but also many others complained. Finally we were put into a van with a lady driver and Sara as our Tour Guide as a last minute chance to continue this tour without having to cancel altogether and demand a refund.…”
